Mrs. Harimaya Rai, usually known as Mrs. H. M. Rai, a well known Educationist and a pioneer in the field of Education in Nagaland felt the need to have a school where individuals attention can be applied to each student, started this school.

The present management took over from her in June 1997, on her departure from India. The present management comes from a family which has been in the field of education for the past three generations as pioneers in the field of education...
